It is very long processs. After 10 rounds of interview process, i was get ghosted without even telling me anything. I spent countless hour and i was feel like i am interviewing for CIA Job. Do not even apply for this company and it is waisting of time

Common sense questions, but lengthy process. It took +2 months from start to finish. , background checks etc , interviews with the home office and also with the office staff and advisor.

First you have to complete a video interview before you can even speak to a person. That should have been a red flag for me. I was selected to move forward for an interview in which I felt the interviewer already knew the candidate she wanted to hire before our interview.

The interview process is completely confusing. Never have I been asked to record answers to a question and then send them in as my interview. It felt more like a test than a legit interview. Also the fact they couldn’t even call me to tell me that I didn’t get the job or give me ANY reason is a very bad look. This company isn’t transparent and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
- They were all video questions. The interview process is completely done by computers and not real people.

The firm does a complete background check, requiring finger prints, assessment questionnaire, telephone interview and/or video interview, drug test and onboarding paperwork. The process is long and takes some time.

Very thorough. I have been going through the process for about a month now. At first you may think it's to long but for me personally my interest has grown knowing they aren't looking to hire quantity but quality.

Expect the process to be 2-3 months long but it’ll let you know if being a Financial Advisor is for you or not. You will meet multiple FA’s in your region for interviews which is a nice perk.

Very lengthy process, only to hire a pretrained temp they already planned on hiring. Nice people but I was only a formality in their process. I felt a little strung along and no one from the branch even reached out to decline.
