Pros
I enjoyed the senior leadership team, especially Penny Pennington. The company does a lot of good for the community and generally treats their employees well. The benefits are decent.
Cons
Salaries are lower than competitors and time off is low compared to other companies of the same size. If you want a leadership role, be prepared to go against half the company who also wants the same role.
