Pros
Great company culture. Provides incredible support and training to Financial Advisors to allow them to serve clients out of their own local branch office. Every new FA typically starts in a veteran FA's office to learn and serve clients while building their business. They are also investing heavily in new technology - both FA and client facing.
Cons
Long interview process due to large upfront training investment they make. Very few leads given - must be willing to network and market to find clients yourself, but a lot of support and training provided around this.
