Great brand that will serve you well in your next role, good internal training for client serving people, decent earning potential for client servers, both client serving and non-client serving employees are seen by the outside world as experts in their field, some truly amazing people with whom to work - high character and very talented.
Cons
Weak leadership team in the MW - more interested in their own image than integrity, zero transparency across the organization, treat non-client servers as 2nd class citizens, arduous administrative burdens on all employees, the firm doesn't care about your experience if it occurred outside of the firm, difficult culture for new employees, very top down driven firm - most important programs come from the HQ (New York).
