      Good processes and organization. Diverse culture. Multi project and multi customer to peek from.

      Cons

      Too much of internal process distracting from the customer focus. You experience may vary depending on your manager, unit, business partner, etc. Salaries are lewer or up to the market middle.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
