• EPAM believes in developing high performing teams. Since the acquisition, the hiring process has gone through a complete transformation. Interviewers need to be certified by the competency to conduct interviews. There is ample focus to evaluate fundamentals in computer science and every person needs to clear a coding task to become eligible for hiring. Interviews are done through an in-house portal that records the interviews for future reference and is used to develop more certified interview panelists. In 2017, we have hires more than 120 associates in EPAM India.
• To deliver high-quality work to the client, every associate needs to be continuously learning/upskilling and this is enabled through Global competency framework that clearly defines the expectations at each job level, help associates to define Personal Development Plans and support them in providing learning avenues through Learn and EPAM University.
• We believe strongly in helping our associates continue to succeed in their careers, and we do this through Unified Assessment (UA). UA is a process to promote right talent with appropriate skills and capabilities to higher levels. This is an unbiased process where the associate is assessed by a panel of experts to ensure skill and capabilities across regions are similar.
