Pros

Lot of free time because they don’t have any projects. Before acquisition they had many projects but they discontinued those and are unable to find any new projects.

Cons

They will fire employees randomly for no reason. Most of the time you will be in bench and will lose all the skills you have eventually. They hired a lot of college graduates and when fired everyone in a year without even giving them a chance to prove themselves. They hired them in batches every three months and few people who were offered placements were asked not of join and one batch was fired on the second day itself. The retention bonus in your CTC is something you should know which you are never gonna get as they fire you very early. Dont be shocked if your CTC is 4 lakhs and u get a pay of 20k at the end of the month.

Pros

Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.

Cons

In some cases, coordination across teams can take extra time
