      Good people around that are driven by the project they are working on

      Cons

      Unfortunately bank does not offer any compensations for sports, lunches or something else. Also the management system in the bank is pretty legacy therefore a lot of processes and communication are unnecessarily complicated.

      Financial services is in general a very tough and intense field. DB is no different.
