Pros

- The benefits and time off are good, especially the health insurance and maternity leave. - Main building in Jax has cafe, gym, and nurse's office, and is in a great location. - Most people that work there are friendly and approachable. - There are a lot of resource groups, and ways to get involved and meet people outside of your team.

Cons

- The pay is not the greatest. What you come in with, you will be at for a while. You basically have to promote in order to get a raise. - The promotions seem to be more political or based on favoritism, rather than merit and hard work. - Because of this, management is not typically as knowledgeable as they could be, and a lot of the job is up to the associates to figure it out. - Training is nonexistent for most roles. It's a sink or swim culture. - They have done some upgrades to the systems, but they are still slow. - They changed the hybrid schedule to a required 3 days a week, with barely 90 days' notice, to start in the summer when school is out. This is a huge inconvenience for employees, especially those that need to figure out childcare. - Morale is definitely low amongst a lot of associates. It has become very production and metrics driven, and some people have been laid off. I have heard multiple stories of employees being called out on team calls for not meeting metrics that are sometimes unreasonable. Your work-life balance is sometimes compromised in order to hit the numbers.
