Pros
A large population of employees some of whom have a wealth of experience and have been with the bank for a long period as well as plenty of young and dynamic people with fresh ideas. Because it is an international bank that services clients in Europe and Latin America, its employees reflect that ethnic diversity. It is also pretty easy to make connections with others in different groups and departments, which makes learning about the bank and new opportunities much easier.
Cons
My team was a fairly new one so there was a lack of existing infrastructure for its management and development. Because of that, the grounds were shifting and expectations fluctuated in ways that made it difficult to anticipate what was expected of us.
