Pros
Large company with good benefits and pay. If you are in sales and performing well, you have tremendous job security and likely are making a lot of money. If you know the right people and play the right games, you also have good promotion potential.
Cons
Job security - given the current economic environment, some of the changes don't seem to make much sense. I have encountered many challenges when trying to move to different roles, *if* I can even find one that matches my skill set. Management likes to hold information close and not share with employees - often we have to ask about the rumors we've heard, and even then rarely get a straight answer.
