But one of the worst thing they do, is they give one group of LOs to cold call their current customers who've been called 5x or more that dont pick up their phone or already stated that they dont want what we offer. and there's another group of LOs who gets warm leads, customers who actually inquired for mortgage. But the funny thing is they will punish those group of LO (who do cold call) if they couldn't convert the cold call leads as good as those who convert warm leads. You have to be dumb as a rock to use that to measure productivity. I can't even make this up.
They will use intimidation even as simple as when LO has question about something, especially when LOs are questioning their decision, I'll save that circus story for another day.
