Pros
Pay and benefits are competitive. When working in the branches you become like family. It is a very team oriented environment.
Cons
Dealing with the public can be challenging, especially when you are handling their money. The company used to be more appreciative to its employees but as the years have gone on it gets harder and harder to feel this way. As they cut back on staffing and restructure the way things are done it becomes difficult to have a work/life balance.
