Very little proactive development aside from the "golden carrot" of LPC training Micromanagement in the extreme Big fish in a little pond of N.I Increasing demand to be in the office 3 days a week If you want a promotion you are given no guidance on what you actually need to do to progress up C-Levels Are very aggressive about having to have camera on in hybrid meetings Use c-level bands as a ceiling to your salary. Expect more from you but don't want to pay you to do so.
