      Good pay and benefit package.

      Cons

      Everything else. Mainly being shamed into working late but not actually paid for it. Need to sacrifice all of your spare time to get ahead.

      Pretty decent benefits , but your exp is based on your team, and the lunch is pretty good

      workload is pretty intense and with ai expect development to be rapid.

      Great benefits and work/life balance if you're on the right team.

      Cons

      Having a bad manager dictates everything about your job. You will see no upward mobility or compensation improvement if you are under a poor manager.
