      Citi Pune. The work culture here is very simple; you do not have to work hard at all, just butter and patronise your bosses very well and you will reach new heights. The HR in Citi is synonymous to a turtle. They lack IQ and are very slow. They will delay everything they could before you join.       Pros

      Money- if you dont mind being a slave; u will get a good price for yourself. Work from home- depends on your managers approval. Senior management is very transparent.

      Cons

      HR Lacks IQ and is very slow in responding, sometimes they wont bother to reply to your email unless you escalate them. Not enough 4 wheeler parking, its reserved only for seniors. Bays, desks and even chairs are of pathetic quality. Expect back pain within a month. Transport is pathetic.

      Pros

      Great collaboration between work groups. There used to be room for advancement and diversity in the workplace.

      Cons

      Lack of job security for several years culminating in a layoff after nearly 3 decades with the firm. Like many places, benefits, raises, and advancement opportunities diminished over time as the firm decided to offshore roles.
