Career advancement is poor - there is not much mobility. This is definitely related to the current market conditions, although all other banks are performing at a much better rate. This is a company where if times are good, then things are good. If times are bad like right now, it is quite depressing. The morale is very low as there is no incentive to do any more than your minimal requirements.
