      People are good to work with, good team-work, monthly employee award and recognition, office potluck during holidays, good chance to transfer internally between department

      Slow career growth opportunities, vertical organizational structure, slow to make changes due to the company's procedures, hard to get day off permission

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
