      Compensation not standardized among regions. Analysts and Associates in Latin America were not paid as the ones in North America or Europe even though they performed the exactly same work or even higher work loads.

      Great collaboration between work groups. There used to be room for advancement and diversity in the workplace.

      Cons

      Lack of job security for several years culminating in a layoff after nearly 3 decades with the firm. Like many places, benefits, raises, and advancement opportunities diminished over time as the firm decided to offshore roles.
