      Pros

      Salary is great Leadership is approachable and responds to your queries but then again being diplomatic with their replies

      Cons

      Not that good year end bonus or appraisal and there's no job security. There are no chances of internal movement or they don't want you to move unless you are good with other VP/SVPs

      Great benefits. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They do more than just pay lip service to work life balance

      Like any job, the manager is the one that can make or break the position

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
