      Good company culture, and the company encourages its employees to learn new things such as AI, and give employee opportunities to attend a lot of activities hosted internaly and externally.

      Cons

      May need to work late at night for the meetings with the US side.

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
