Training is lengthy but when taking calls, the only focus is how quickly are calls taken and pressured to resolve issues or send it for letter writers to investigate for final response. The management and training is misleading. I witnessed new recruits being so stressed and frustrated to a point of mental breakdown. The leaders and management will pressure you and will always find a fault in you unless you are in good standing with someone you know. I heard calls where the experienced / tenured staff are making mistakes and yet they are always being praised. As a new recruit, you are made to feel that you must take time & resolve customers concerns where possible on a call, even listening previous calls on a live call and make customers wait ! It is actually quite a shocking experience when one starts taking calls because the training is not suitable for preparing you for the role.
