Pros
I love that I was able to work from home from the date of hire, the pay is good for the job that is asked, and the job is really easy. I love the fact that Capital One is all about the customer, I love that they encourage employees to have a genuine conversation with customers.
Cons
I understand that dealing in customer service you get the occasional jerk, but I don't believe that an employee should feel that they have to listen to a customer that is berating them.
