      Pros

      Very competitive benefits, very good pay, life/work balance and some interesting projects. Very supportive of former employees to be.

      Cons

      Management does not has visibility on what is going on in the company. They go on a hire spree to shortly later let go half of the new hires due to lack of pickup in work.

      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
