Pros
Always had the equipment that was necessary to perform tasks. Very safety oriented. They look out for their employees. Prefer to hire former employees that have been laid off. Will try to keep employees working by moving them from job to job if theres work available. Don't expect to be laid off once your assignment is up, if you are worth keeping they will try and find a place for you.
Cons
Terrible communication between office managers and employees working in field. Hiring process could take up to a month sometimes. The company had no prior experience working in Alaska on the North slope and was not aware of the best or most efficient way to complete jobs. It hurt them in the end as the whole company was purchased by another company because of lack of work.
