Cool, challenging work; some the nicest and brightest people to work with; flexible hours; great environment for the independent/motivated type.
Cons
Corporate (and depending where you are, regional) leadership is lacking. Your personal experience with the company will be greatly defined by how talented your regional manager is. Internal processes are robust and cumbersome, but the company is working to streamline this.
