Was hopeful when the CEO Jacque took over that the company would migrate back to the way it was run under Ralph Peterson as Jacque knows the historical culture from the days when the employees were its biggest asset and were a main focus. Unfortunately, she seems to be continuing the mindset of the previous CEO Lee as an outsider that had no regard (only lip service) for its employees. He was able to talk the talk but not walk the walk. Main focus was growing the company stock value at 10+ percent per year at all costs while lining his pockets with big $$$.
