Embarrassingly low pay, increasingly dubious deductions from the pittance of a salary they offer. You will not get paid (nor survive your time in Japan) working for this lot without an extensive use of your own money. Communication poor at all times, very little substantive help offered from senior management in getting sorted on arrival.
