      Pros

Placed in good schools that are very serious about incorporating English

      Cons

Pay is lower than hoped, training assignments are a little boring, and Star days are inconvenient when not working from home (can be called anytime between 6am-8:30am to go substitute at a random school)

      Pros

Terribly disorganized; there was very little intercompany communication. You have to attend yearly summer training sessions and elementary workshops to get your full July pay. Nothing for August, so make sure you save so you can survive through October. DO NOT take a job that pays all just to get into Japan. You can't enjoy a country when you are constantly poor.

      Cons

kids were too nice, it was really nice to teaching them
