Fast moving Slow to react - Anonymous employee Booking.com Employee Review

Extremely high expectations to deliver results in very short time frames, yet very slow to assist if an issue arises. The company does not have structure in many departments, hence a lot of confusion and no transparency or accountability or support from management. Very sad that they lose great people because of these factors. Be careful of the 'glitz and glamour' as often these are just a buffering and often a small reprise in the scheme of things.
