      Stable if you have to pay your mortgage on time...

      Cons

      - 3 days straight to the office (even as a on-call person) - 1-3% max salary increment - Management are 90% non-technical they don't even know what is a CCIE... (I told my manager I am renewing CCIE this year and he repeated as CCAE 5 minutes later...)
