      Pros

      Joined BMC just as the corporate re-branding started. It seems like an interesting time to be with BMC. The company is built on a legacy of mainframe product but is now well placed to take on the market in areas of digital enterprise - embracing all the latest tools and technology. Great work/life balance. Full staff mobility and excellent levels of end-user and IT support. Diversity - you'll find people here from all walks of life.

      Pros

      You are paid better than most other in the industry

      Cons

      Leadership high ups have no idea how to run a company ESPECIALLY the CEO. At this point I’m convinced it’s self sabotage because they actively choose to make the worst decisions quarter after quarter, FY after FY. They’ll also make sure you know how replaceable you are come March/April every year without hesitation no matter how well you perform.
