      401k match HR and IT team are good Free shoes every year 6 months maternity

      Unfair treatment after maternity, manager and leadership not supportive after, expected to be the highest performer and make up for your time off during maternity. No raises given for 2-3 years even if you put in extra effort.

      You can go 3+ years without a salary adjustment, bonus can be hit or miss, take maternity leave at your own risk, career development far from merit based, toxic personnel in leadership, rampant "let them fail" approach among colleagues
