      - The area on the spotlight at AB InBev

      Cons

      - Arrogant senior leadership. Don’t listen to anyone and is disrespectful with the team. - Harassment is the management style. - Culture of fear beautified with a cool office and nice branding. - Success theatre is the norm (despite of what the leadership says). - People with no experience and no clue on what they are doing making decisions that are gonna hurt the business in the long run.

      Great place if you are a White Bruh

      Pros

      Not a lot of smart people at BEES so, if you have some level of competence, you will succeed there… assuming you embrace the white bruh culture, of course.

      Cons

      It’s a boys’ club. So if one is of mediocre intelligence (ie does what they are told with little initiative of their own), and is willing to embrace the bruh culture, they will do well. Otherwise, it’s more about who you know and hang out with, and not what you know. I left when the few good people started leaving.
