      Pros

      overall if you embrace the anarchy, you can rise through the ranks pretty fast. All you have to do is kiss as much booty as possible and you will be promoted. They also are relatively lenient.

      Cons

      2nd closest thing to indentured servitude in modern America right behind selling life insurance on commission only pay.
