Pros
Great salary and benefits, many people have worked there their whole career and lived comfortably. Good work-life balance if you get the right manager. Great on-site facilities. Colleagues were stellar to work with, met many great people over the years.
Cons
Forcing return to office. Many UK jobs in IT cut and moved to Mexico, India, Spain. Large company with a lot of politics/bureaucracy. Can take months/years extra to get projects through the door. Cutting jobs/teams without prior consultation has led to a lot of issues.
