Pros
Really great working environment, was able to work on a range of projects ranging from feasibility to design and construction stage. Everyone there was very friendly and treated me as part of their group even though I was just an intern. Lots of learning and experience gained in a short time.
Cons
Very hardworking culture, challenging projects that may seem daunting at first but quickly becomes manageable with the help from others
