I applied online. I interviewed at Arup (Brisbane) in May 2023
The two interviewers gave me an introduction of themselves and their roles at ARUP. I was asked to introduce myself too. This led to two-way discussions, it felt very natural and flowed smoothly. They embedded the ARUP company culture well and I really appreciated their open communication about their work. Questions flowed naturally from both sides. I probably ended up asking more questions about the job than they did for me.
