      - global firm = travel ops if you pursue - very friendly firm - held in trust for employees has a positive impact on the overall culture - Work life balance is great

      Cons

      - Advisory services is still maturing, and is overall just a small part of the larger firm. Therefore is not as competitive as other advisory firms - Grade progression is very linear, and performance does not help you with promotions - culture varies between offices

      great supervisor, lots of professional development opportunities

      Cons

      insane workload and expect you to be available for work 24/7. some teams are drowning and others have no resourcing. layoffs happen completely randomly and they lay off people who are 100 percent billable. profit share is bs and you get nothing as a junior member
