Pros
Autonomy to a degree. Still some great people left but they a rapidly leaving. Being able to balance travel is a plus
Cons
Leadership is disconnected. Imposing wipro policies that are not a good fit for US employees, like taking mandated PTO for Christmas, is very frustrating and not communicated to employees up front. There is a cultural communication divide as well. Not the open and transparent place it used to be. Employees are not valued like they used to be. Much more of a sweatshop mentality. No conduit for professional growth and training or opportunities to further you skills unless you are willing to take that up on your own time after you hit you 40hrs of billability. It’s a sinking ship, generally speaking. They take one step forward and then three steps backwards.
