Pros

Appirio has such a great culture! Everyone is so friendly and easy to work with! I worked with some of the best and smartest people I've ever met. Working in the main office was wonderful and its an open and helpful environment. Everyone is willing to help and daily nerf gun fights are a staple. You are able to work remote whenever you want as long as you get your work done

Cons

you are expected to continue to get certs for Salesforce or Workdays (whichever team you are on) and you are siloed since the software is so diverse you are siloed into one or the other.. if there are openings you can switch but it wouldn't be easy to switch back and forth if thats what you want to do
