Well run start up - Anonymous employee AppDynamics Employee Review

Top start up to work for; products are cutting edge, company invests a lot in additional next gen products. Strong leadership, strong marketing and PR and very adequate compensation. Right now likely one of the most exciting companies to be a part of. Sometimes there is a bit of a lack of direction but this may be simply a singular leadership experience, as higher up road map is well defined. Company gives a lot back, very involved with community and making sure the employees are fed, massaged, party, happy hours etc. Wish this extended to offsite locations as well!
