      Pros

      Anglian Water are generally speaking really good employees. in my experience they respect your work life balance, and the manager's I've encountered are friendly and approachable.

      Cons

      The sick-leave system can be quite stressful. I know someone who has worked from home while very poorly because they had slightly more illnesses than usual early in the year and the meetings if you've gone over acceptable levels of sick leave can be very stressful, and not what you want hanging over you when you're trying to recover.

      Pros

      The graduate scheme at Anglian Water offers a lot of support and development in the form of mentors, coaching, training etc, and as a graduate I'm given real responsibility to allow me to learn and help make a difference. Moving around the business through different placements every 3-4 months also means you get the chance to experience different teams, encourage collaboration and see where you fit best to work in the future. The company is also great to work for with a good culture and employee benefits.

      Nothing really comes to mind.
