      Great Benefits package Great opportunities to move within the company When the company is doing well it takes care of its employees but when its not doing well, it doesn't care that much

      Cons

      Senior Management is not that great Many decisions that are made by the senior management are not well taken by the people in the company, also senior management is over compensated.
