      Pros

      With Amazon Flex, I can work around my school schedule and continue to earn a living. It is great when one wants to earn extra money.

      Cons

      You have to check every Friday to pick up shifts. Sometimes you are lucky and get the ones you want, and other times you miss out. Also, you never know if that week you're looking at 20 hours max. or 60 hours. It just varies.

      Get to pick your own blocks

      Cons

      Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
