Driving around is nice and peaceful for The most part Manage your own day (as long as you do what’s needed) Exercise Very simple job
Cons
You Don’t actually work for amazon directly, you go thru a contractor (so to speak) so each warehouse has 5+ companies you may get hired by. Some of these companies are new to running what is essentially their small business It is now 2 months after the holiday rush and as opposed to downsizing the staff or doing a better job scheduling drivers they have about 5 drivers each day come in just to be extras and get sent home Very poor Communication with employees about this so many employees are sent home 25-75% of their scheduled shifts. Which for Some, more Likely all, are in a bad financial situation I will say that not all DSPs are created equal some are run better much better and I’m sure has things much more organized
