You can learn a lot about logistics and if you are technical person it is good first experience.
Cons
Only work from the office, a lot of changes in the team or organization that makes it feel like very messy place. Logistics department don't get the same benefits as corporate workers. Don't count on managers as they are mostly overworked and from my experience not very helpful.
