Pros

Not much these days unless you can find a long-timer as a manager.

Cons

The culture has become so diluted since Andy took over. They have hired a ton of externals at the Director and VP levels and they aren't steeped in the culture. This year the benefits went from 'Cadillac' to 'not so great' according to a UW financial counselor I talked to. Medical massages used to be $6 now they are $60. Many other coinsurances increased 8-10x with new copays. One of my copays went from $16 to $300!! (Hence the UW financial counselor.)

Pros

Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

Cons

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
