Cons

Your manager will determine your future in this company, and their decision may not necessarily reflect your efforts. Therefore, do not rely solely on encouragement; working overtime does not guarantee your job security, especially with the presence of a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). If you are part of a typical team, congratulations—you remain a regular developer. Although you may need to work overtime and be on call, you are less likely to be targeted for the PIP quota. However, if you belong to a team that must meet a quota, you may face significant challenges. It is important to recognize the reality: many individuals around you have suffered physical and mental harm due to the mandatory PIP quota system, eventually leading to their departure from the company.

Pros

Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

Cons

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
