* You have no value if you are below L7, * Promotion is conditional to performing at next level without a pay raise. Noone cares if you are performing very well in your current role. * Noone evaluates how VPs and directors managing the business. If you are one of them, you are invincible. That leads to power abuse. You should be lucky enough to be under a good VPs/director's vertical. * Everything is self service. This is resulting in unnecessary bandwidth consumption. * Company's "writing/narrative" culture is a frustration to non-senior managers. Everyone hates it, but noone speak it up.
